At present time we release the following production:

Double-piece carpets and coverings are released on new eight high-efficiency double-piece looms of German company “Schoenherr”.

Advantages:

·         Opportunity of quick change of compositions and color execution of carpets;

·         Opportunity of production of different structure carpets;

·         Opportunity of production of carpets of different geometric forms (circle, oval,

polygon);

·         Use up to 8 colors in pile yarn.

Assortment of double-piece carpets and coverings is very diverse:

- Jacquard carpets:

According to raw material are divided into:

1:

- SYNTHETIC:

- HEAT-SET  (usual density РУ=46; high-density and high-density with trimming РУ=92).

- BCF              (usual density, high-density).

2:

- WOOL MIXTURE:

- Jacquard double-piece (till 80% of wool),

- Axminster carpets (woll - 30%).

Axminster carpets.

This way of carpet weaving allows producing carpets with wide color palette. In axminster carpets can be used up till 32 colors of pile yarn. The main advantage of axminster carpets is that in the base of pile yarn there is natural raw material – wool, as back warp and laying and weft it is used polyester, linen, jute yarn that improves qualities.

Equipment for production of tufted carpets and coverings (tufting):

- Production of tufted coverings is provided by new jet technology of printing on pile surface of coverings on printing machine “Chromojet” of Zimmer company (Austria), which allows application of pictures with use of 10 colors on width 5 m. 

  Advantages of technology “Chromojet”:

·   Opportunity to work with individual orders and small series at the expense of quich change of picture;

·  Effectiveness in work and modeling of new art and color execution of any picture; opportunity to increase color palette up till 8 colors;

·    Illimitable (till 60 meters) range of repeat dimensions of picture.  

          With aim to increase competitive ability of tufted coverings at German company “A+P Macshinenbaum GmbН” was done modernization of tufting machine “Zinger” with interconversion from  class 5/32 to class 1/8.

         It was bought and installed tufting machine of company “Cobble” “Pantera” 1/8 class, which allows to release different assortment of coverings:

·         With glib loop pile;

·         With cut pile;

·         With combined pile (loop + cut);

·         With relief pile (cut-loop).

 Assortment of tufted carpets and coverings is made of polyamide binder yarns with printed picture. For production of carpets and coverings it is used backing cloth from polypropylene yarns. At present time it runs production of tufted coverings with recycled material (felt).

           Tufted coverings (PP — polypropylene) :

- with printed picture;

- Scroll

Assortment of JSC “Vitebsk carpets” is very wide and diverse. It can be combined with any modern interior of house, flat, hotel and office.  

All production is under strict control of quality and has certificates.

Shipment is done on FCA

According to “INCOTERMS 2010”.
