Ambassador of Belarus V.Brylev meets the Minister responsible for development of innovations and technologies of Serbia N.Popovich
17.12.2020 г.On December 17, 2020, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Serbia, Valery Brylev, met with the Minister responsible for development of innovations and technologies of Serbia N.Popovich, who was recently appointed co-chairman of the Intergovernmental Belarusian-Serbian Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation.
During the conversation, the sides exchanged views on a wide range of issues related to the development of bilateral trade, economic, investment, scientific and technical interaction. It was noted that there is a significant potential for strengthening partnerships in a number of areas: industry, agriculture, transport infrastructure, construction, information technology.
The parties emphasized their readiness for active joint work and agreed that in the first quarter of 2021 a preparatory meeting of the Belarusian and Serbian units will be organized to discuss practical issues of bilateral cooperation and conduct in Belgrade the 12th meeting of the Commission.
